Photovoltaic systems are eligible under the following conditions:

• Nominal capacity over 1 kW (Art. 11, Cl. 2, l.a DM 05/05/11);
• Compliance with technical requirements listed in Appendix 1 of DM 05/05/11 and in Art. 10, DL 28/11 (Art. 11, Cl.2, l.b, e, f DM 05/05/11);
• Installation only of new system components or components that have not yet been used in other financed systems (Art. 11, Cl. 2, l.c DM 05/05/11);
• Connection to the electricity grid or to a small stand-alone grid so that each system has a single connection point to the grid (Art. 11, Cl. 2, l.c DM 05/05/11).
  
  
  

Integrated PV plants with innovative characteristics are eligible under the following conditions:

• Nominal capacity of between 1 kW and 5 MW(Art. 15, Cl. 2, l.a DM 05/05/11);
• Compliance with the technical requirements listed in Appendices 1 and 4 of DM 05/05/11 and in Art. 10, DL 28/11 (Art. 11, Clause2, l.b, c DM 05/05/11);
• Installation only of new system components or components that have not yet been used in other financed systems (Art. 15, Cl. 2, l.d DM 05/05/11);
• Connection to the electricity grid or to a small stand-alone grid so that each system has a single connection point to the grid (Art. 15, Cl. 2, l.e DM 05/05/11).
  
  
  

Concentrator PV systems are eligible under the following conditions:

• They should be owned by a legal person or a public body (Art. 17, Cl. 1 DM 05/05/11);
• Nominal capacity of between 1 kW and 5 MW(Art. 17, Clause 2, l.a DM 05/05/11);
• Compliance with the technical requirements listed in Appendix 1 of DM 05/05/11 and in Art. 10, DL 28/11 (Art. 17, Cl. 2, l.b DM 05/05/11);
• Installation only of new system components or components that have not yet been used in other financed systems (Art. 17, Cl. 2, l.c DM 05/05/11);
• Connection to the electricity grid or to a small stand-alone grid so that each system has a single connection point to the grid (Art. 17, Cl. 2, l.d DM 05/05/11);
• Special provisions apply to ground-mounted systems in agricultural areas (Art.11, Cl. 2, l. e DM 05/05/11 in conjunction with Art. 10, Cl. 4 DL 28/11);
  
  
  

Certain conditions relating to financing will change on 30.06.2012:

• A certificate from the PV module manufacturer confirming its affiliation to a European system or consortium that guarantees recycling of the PV modules at the end of their life cycle (Art. 11, Cl. 6.1.a DM 05/05/11);
• A certificate issued by the manufacturer of the PV modules indicating compliance with the following standards: ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14000 (Art.11, Cl. 6, l.b DM 05/05/11);
• A certificate of inspection of the facility, issued by a body certified at European or national level, certifying and confirming the quality of the production process and the materials used and the certificates described in the above two points and certifying that at least 60% of the investment costs (excluding labour costs) were in production processes within the EU (Art.11, Cl. 6, l.c DM 05/05/11 in conjunction with Art. 14, Cl. 1, l.d).
