Terms of use

  • Gehrlicher Solar press photographs may only be used for media publications reporting about Gehrlicher Solar AG. Gehrlicher Solar AG is the rights owner of the photographs, including the copyright thereof.
  • Reference must be made directly adjacent to the photograph of the source of the photograph "Gehrlicher Solar AG" every time one or more photographs is published.
  • Modifications to photographs or defacements of any kind and/or the reproduction of photographs in a context such that their meaning is distorted is prohibited. The creation of copies for customers' own archiving purposes and the electronic or digital storage of the photographs for archiving purposes (photographic databases) is also prohibited. The user of the images is not entitled to grant rights of use to third parties. Commercial circulation of the images to third parties is not authorised.
  • The printing and publication of images for the purpose of reporting about Gehrlicher Solar AG is free of charge. In return, we would ask for either a copy of the printed publication or notification to presse@gehrlicher.com in the case of film and electronic media.
