On request, we will contact potential financiers at an early project stage in order to consider the financing options; if necessary, even through availment of government loan programmes. Thus, we can arrange for loans at favourable terms in the interest of our customers and possible investors. It is decisive, however, that the financing institutes are offered comprehensive loan security besides the complete presentation of the economic profitability and the technical structure of the project. Economically sound projects ( projects for which,  after a correspondingly detailed project analysis, the financiers can proceed on the assumption that alone the net profits of the project are sufficient to guarantee the debt servicing) are necessary for that. Already during engineering we make sure that our photovoltaic plants in all their facets meet the financing requirements of banks and are thus “bankable“. We gladly take on the communication with financing institutions for our customers which is often very technical and influenced by the risk thinking of banks.
